Temptation Tuesday!

Next weekend, I have my sister, her boyfriend, whom we all call Fast Freddie, and my mom coming over for Easter brunch. The guys hide eggs around the house and the boys go on a hunt. It's a lot of fun. This year I'll be making Party Cream Puffs.

Mini Party Cream Puffs.

1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs

Heat water and butter to boiling point in saucepan. Mix in flour all at once. Stir constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms into a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool about 5 mins. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Whip mixture until velvety. Drop by leveled teaspoon in small mounds on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins., until puffed, dry looking, and brown, but not burnt! LOL :o)

*Recipe can be doubled. You can also use a mini cupcake pan to bake so that cream puffs sit up. Be sure to grease any pan you use!

I use vanilla pudding for the filling and drizzle chocolate on top. Yum!
