Thursday's Balancing Act!

Did you miss me??? Today was a hospital day for my boys. They saw the specialist for their eosinophilic disease. We have good plans for all three of them. One involves, fattening up my oldest who is 5 foot 4 inches tall and skinny. So, he's on a milkshake once a day diet, in addition to whatever else he wants to eat. Low appetite and severe food allergies have been his nemesis. My middle son will have his surgery in a few weeks, the other two will be in the fall due to treatment changes. days are always the longest. It makes me glad for the days when absolutely nothing is going on.
Bone density exam.
Clown car.

I completely understand about "fattening up" your oldest. My son is on Adderall to control some of his Asperger's symptoms. He's 5'5" and about 90 lbs. because the medication acts as an appetite suppressant. Couple that with "skinny" genes... :P

Hope the surgery and treatment changes help!

Oh, they're about the same height/weight ratio. They did mention medication to boost his appetite, but those come with side effects. We're going to try the milk shakes first. :o) I hoping all goes well too, I'll keep you posted! :D
